Ten estate homesites · forty acres · two to 7.7 acres each
Ask Us About CieloThe Development
Cielo is in Brentwood, Williamson County — not Franklin, which is how it is sometimes miscredited. The project address is 9227 Old Smyrna Road and the one interior street is Cielo Drive. Forty acres, ten estate homesites, a gated entrance. Five of the ten are marketed for views of the Nashville skyline.

Developed by CPS Land in partnership with Parks 360 Development, led by Bob and Marie Parks.
Four architecture firms are named as approved for custom design here: Christopher Architecture & Interiors, Dryden Architecture and Design, Kimmel Studio and Michael Abraham. Two builders are named: Potter Homes, currently building Lot 1, and Davis Properties. Whether you are required to use one of them is not stated anywhere we can find — ask before you assume either way.

What It Costs
Lots 1 and 2 show as sold on the listing team’s inventory. Neither a closing price nor a closing date is public in any source we reached, so we are not going to quote one.
The developer markets future homes “from $9+ million.” No home exists. That is a projection, not a comparable, and it should not be used to value a lot.
One MLS record shows $500 a month. Another, for the same community, shows $500 a year. That is a twelve-fold difference and it is worth settling in writing before you offer.
Lot prices and acreages from the listing team’s inventory of 18 August 2026 and from MLS records 3514925, 3514926, 3527691 and 3106462, observed 17 October 2026. The developer’s own headline range begins at $2,250,000; no lot at that price appears on any current list.
Availability
On the listing team’s 18 August 2026 inventory: two sold, one on hold, two coming in Phase 2 and five available.
cielobrentwood.com still says nine homesites available, last modified 13 May 2026. It is stale.
Lot 10 shows as on hold. Whether that is reserved, under contract or simply withheld is not stated. We will ask for you.
Shared Spaces
A gated private entrance and Cielo Drive itself, with public water and sewer. That is the complete list of shared infrastructure.
No community amenity is published by the developer, by the listing team or in the MLS, and none is announced as planned. The pool visible in the aerial photography is a private one on a lot, not a shared facility.
Two to nearly eight acres inside Brentwood, a short gated street, and a guild of architects. The price is in the land and the design, not in facilities — which is a legitimate thing to want, and worth being clear-eyed about.

Getting Around
CPS Land’s published approach is I-65 exit 74B at Old Hickory Boulevard, then Franklin Road, Church Street East, Wilson Pike and Old Smyrna Road.
The developer says about fifteen minutes from downtown Nashville. That is a marketing claim, not a measurement, and we are not going to repeat it as one.
The City of Brentwood is designing improvements to Old Smyrna Road from Jones Parkway to the city limit. The city describes the western three quarters of a mile as about fifteen feet wide, bordered by mature trees and historic stone walls close to the travel lane. A council item in January 2025 and a public meeting in August 2025; still in design. If you are buying on this road, it is worth a call to city engineering.

Everything on this page is sourced and dated, and where the record is thin or the sources disagree we have said so rather than smoothed it over. Before you write an offer in Cielo we will pull the recorded plat, the covenants and the current school zoning for the specific lot, and run door-to-door drive times from the actual entrance.
Call (270) 535-5954 or send us a note. We represent buyers here; the on-site sales office represents the developer.
If you already own here, our seller program and marketing pages set out how we take a house in a community this small to market without leaning on the developer’s own list.
