Eden Grove

Our Standard

Eden Grove began with one idea — that a house should come to market at the level it was built to.

A property of this calibre deserves more than photographs and a listing. It deserves a production: film, architectural photography, a website of its own, and a release that is planned rather than posted. The craft that went into building a house should be matched by the work that brings it to market.

Our speciality is new construction, and it is bought differently from anything else. Often there is nothing to walk through — only drawings, renderings and a timeline that moves. Buyers are asked to decide early, on things they cannot yet see. Much of our work goes there: what the plans actually commit to, what can still change and what cannot, what an allowance really covers, and where the value sits in a house that is not yet finished. Guiding people through that is as much the job as the sale is.

Ryan Stonehouse

Ryan Stonehouse spent four seasons in the NFL as a punter — three with the Tennessee Titans, one with the Miami Dolphins. Punting is a specialist’s job: a handful of moments a game, no second attempts, everything riding on preparation nobody watches. That’s the habit he brought with him when football ended.

Real estate was the natural next field. He started on the development side, learning properties from the dirt up — land, entitlement, construction, and what actually creates value in a finished home. Along the way he founded The Stonehouse Company, a Nashville consulting and premium representation firm working with owners, builders, and investors.

Eden Grove is the next step: a luxury sales team under Compass, built around new construction and the craftsmanship behind it. The premise is simple — Tennessee’s best homes deserve cinematic storytelling and a marketing standard that matches the work that went into them.
