Who we are

Eden Grove is a team of licensed real estate professionals affiliated with Compass RE, the licensed real estate broker under which the team operates in Tennessee. Eden Grove is a team name, not a separate brokerage. All brokerage services described on this site are provided by and through Compass RE.

This policy explains what we collect through edengrovetennessee.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

What you give us. Your name, email address, telephone number, and anything you write when you use a contact form, a property enquiry form, or the Private Access signup.

What is collected automatically. Standard web-server information such as your IP address, browser type, device, referring page, the pages you viewed and how long you stayed. This arrives through the hosting provider and through any analytics we use.

What we do not collect. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, financial account details, or documents through this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry and arrange showings.
• To send you properties and market information you asked for.
• To meet our obligations as licensees, including record-keeping required of a brokerage.
• To understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site.
• To protect the site against abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

• Compass RE, as the licensed broker through which we operate.
• Service providers who host the site, deliver our forms, send our email and provide analytics — each only as needed to do that job.
• Other parties to a transaction where you ask us to proceed: the other side’s agent, title, lenders, inspectors, and the MLS.
• Authorities, where the law requires it or to protect someone’s safety or our legal rights.

Marketing, and stopping it

If you give us your details we may contact you by email, telephone or text about your enquiry and about properties we think you would want to see.

You can stop at any time — reply STOP to a text, click unsubscribe in an email, or tell us and we will take you off the list. We will still reply to a direct question you have asked us, because that is not marketing.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses only what it needs to function, plus any analytics we have enabled to count visits and see which pages are read. Analytics cookies tell us about traffic patterns, not about you personally.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work. We honour Global Privacy Control signals where your browser sends one.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Where a transaction results, records are kept for the period Tennessee requires of a brokerage. Marketing lists are kept until you unsubscribe.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and we limit who on the team can reach enquiry data. No website or email system is perfectly secure, though, so please do not send sensitive documents or account numbers through a form or by email.

Your choices

Whatever the law requires of a business our size, we will on request:

• tell you what we hold about you;
• correct anything inaccurate;
• delete what we hold, unless a brokerage record must be kept;
• give you a copy in a portable format;
• stop using your details for marketing.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published here with a new date at the top of the page.
